ADCORE Projects consists of a dynamic team of Project Managers who have a unique position of having worked with the sub-contractors and allied trades on numerous occasions, ensuring "intertrade" co-operation.
Our projects management experience and the good relationships we have built up with our sub-contractors over the years means we are always confident we can deliver what we promise to our clients.
Our clients are assigned a Project Manager who will meet with the client pre-contract, regularly as the contract progresses, on site and through to handover. This ensures that the client is kept up to date with every stage of the project.
The Project Manager is responsible for liaising with the design team, the setting out and estimating departments, and ensuring that the job runs smoothly on site and is on time and on budget.
